Our products are generally made-to-order and may be personalized according to customer specifications.

• Refuse service to anyone where permitted by law.

• Limit quantities of products or services.

• Modify or discontinue products or services.

• Update product descriptions, specifications and availability.

Pricing & Payment

Product prices may change without notice.

Payment must be completed before an order can be processed. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel or adjust the affected order.

Orders & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within the cancellation period specified by our applicable order and refund policies.

Once production has started, customized orders generally cannot be canceled or modified because the products are being prepared specifically for the customer.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where appropriate.

Custom Artwork & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information before production, including:

• Spelling

• Artwork

• Logos

• Names

• Colors

• Sizes

• Product selections

• Order details

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, names or other content for production, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use that content.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate another person's or organization's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.

SH Design is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted or customer-approved designs.

Intellectual Property

Content appearing on this website, including logos, photographs, graphics, designs, text and other materials, may be owned by or licensed to SH Design.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our website content, branding or designs without appropriate permission.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links, products, services or content provided by third parties.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. SH Design is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or operation of third-party websites or services.

Returns & Refunds

Custom products are generally final sale because they are made specifically for the customer.

Returns, refunds or replacements may be available when an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or contains an error caused by SH Design.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on the product, production requirements, order quantity and delivery location.
